Policies

Booking Policy

Please be advised a credit card is required to book your appointment. You should receive a text message and/ or email after booking, if you do not please contact the store directly to confirm your appointment has been scheduled. 

 

Late Policy

There is a 10 Minute grace period for each client. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule and/ or wait until the next available appointment time.

 

Cancellation Policy

You must call the store to cancel. Cancellations can not be done online. You must cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid being charged. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged ½ of the appointment price.

No Show Policy

  • 1st No Show- ½ of the amount of the appointment amount will be charged to the card on file.

  • 2nd No Show- The Full appointment amount will be charged to the card on file.

  • 3rd No Show- The Full appointment amount will be charged to the card on file and you will be placed on a walk in basis only. 

* Please note, if the payment is unsuccessful, the balance must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.*
